Fullmark Energy, a leading independent power producer (IPP) focused exclusively on energy storage, today announced the appointment of Blake Crosby as Senior Vice President, Project Delivery. Crosby is the first executive hire since the company rebranded from Hecate Grid to Fullmark Energy on May 7, 2025.

In this role, Crosby will oversee Fullmark Energy's portfolio of grid-scale energy storage projects across the United States, managing all aspects of project performance from development handoff through commercial operation. He will lead the company's efforts to enhance project delivery capabilities as Fullmark continues its strategic expansion in key markets.

"Blake brings a wealth of experience in managing complex energy infrastructure projects and a proven track record of operational excellence that aligns perfectly with our company values," said Chris McKissack, Chief Executive Officer of Fullmark Energy. "His leadership experience, including his service as an Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army, has instilled the kind of disciplined approach to project management and resource coordination that delivers results. As we continue to grow our portfolio of operating assets and advance our development pipeline, Blake's leadership in project delivery will be instrumental in ensuring we maintain our commitment to safety, reliability, and on-time, on-budget project execution."

Crosby joins Fullmark Energy with over 20 years of experience in the utility industry and renewable energy sector. Most recently, he served as the Head of Project Delivery at ENGIE North America Inc., where he successfully managed a diverse portfolio of grid-scale renewable projects. During his tenure, he was directly responsible for the completion of 23 wind, solar, and battery storage projects while maintaining exemplary safety and quality standards.

Previously, Crosby held senior project management positions at Edison Power Constructors and Henkels & McCoy, Inc., where he managed large-scale utility infrastructure construction projects. His career foundation was established through his service in the United States Army from 2002 to 2009, where he served as an Engineer Officer responsible for planning, resourcing, and controlling engineering and construction operations for a brigade combat team. Crosby holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Fullmark Energy, backed by InfraRed Capital Partners, develops, builds, owns, and operates standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across the United States. The company currently manages 300 MWh of operating and in-construction projects, with a robust 4 GW development pipeline strategically positioned across multiple U.S. markets. Fullmark's portfolio approach to project development reduces single points of failure through geographic distribution while strengthening revenue profiles through diversified offtake agreements.
